Complete your dining area with two dining chairs that suit your table and interior.
A set of two means you end up with two chairs, but shops may display quantity and price differently. A product may be priced per chair while only being sold in pairs. Read the title, sales unit and selected quantity together.
Before checkout, confirm how many physical chairs are in your cart and which version the price applies to. Also check whether the colour and upholstery are the same for both chairs. Do not rely only on a lifestyle photo with several seats. The product listing and order summary determine what you receive; the collection name does not replace that information.
First check whether the displayed price is per chair or for the full pair. With a unit price, calculate the price for two chairs; with an explicit set price, do not double it again. Then check the cart total and any additional costs before ordering.
Compare offers on the same basis: the same version, number of chairs and total costs. A set of two does not automatically include a separate set discount. A different colour or upholstery may also have a different price. Establishing the sales unit first prevents comparing an attractive unit price with the price of a complete pair.
Choose based on usable space around and beneath the table. Measure the width between the legs, tabletop depth and space behind each chair. Compact models can be useful at a small table, but armrest position and base shape also make a difference.
A chair should do more than fit under the top; you also need to sit down and stand up comfortably. Check overall width and depth as well as seat height. At a round table, splayed chair legs may touch sooner. Mark out the two chair positions or compare with an existing chair to assess size in the actual layout.
This can be a practical way to add seats, but check how closely you want them to match the existing chairs. Note the model name, upholstery, colour, leg finish and dimensions. A similar name is not enough to confirm that a new version is identical to an older one.
Ask about the current variant if an exact match matters. Even the same colour name can differ between fabrics or production runs. If a precise match is unavailable, choose two distinctly different chairs as an intentional pair, for example at the table ends. Echo another element, such as leg colour, to connect the whole arrangement.
Two armchairs can define the short ends of a rectangular table beautifully. Check the space actually available there. Tabletop width, leg positions and any crossbars determine whether there is enough legroom. Also measure whether the armrests fit beneath the lowest table edge.
Compare seat height with the chairs along the long sides so everyone sits comfortably at the same top. Visually, end chairs can connect through a shared colour or base while having a more generous shape. Allow for the walkway behind both ends. An attractive pair only works well if you can walk past and pull the chairs in easily.
This depends on the offered version and sales unit. A product sold as two identical chairs does not automatically allow one chair in each colour. Check which colour and quantity selections are actually available for your chosen model.
For a colour combination, first plan the final layout and quantities per colour. If chairs are sold in pairs, two pairs in different colours may work for four seats. Ask about the options before ordering if anything is unclear, and do not expect a different combination based only on an order note. The order summary must clearly show the intended versions and quantities.
