2. Product Information

We do our best to describe and depict all products as accurately as possible. Small color differences or variations in structure may occur, depending on screen settings or materials used.

3. Orders

Your order is only final after receipt of payment. We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of suspected fraud or abuse.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are stated in euros and include VAT. Payments are processed via secure payment methods, as indicated during checkout.

5. Shipping Policy

Delivery within Belgium and the Netherlands: 2–3 business days.
Delivery to France, Germany, and Luxembourg: 3–5 business days.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

7. Warranty

Our products are made and inspected with care. A 2-year warranty applies to chairs for construction defects. Fabric wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. See our warranty statement.

8. Liability

Colenis is not liable for indirect damages, such as consequential damage or loss of profit, unless there is intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website – including photos, texts, and logos – is the property of Colenis or its partners and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Antwerp.
