This website is managed by Colenis B.V., located at Moerelei 137, 2610 Antwerp, Belgium. By using our website and/or making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Product information

We do our best to describe and depict all products as accurately as possible. Small color differences or deviations in structure may occur, depending on screen settings or materials used.

3. Orders

Your order is only final after receipt of payment. We reserve the right to refuse orders if we suspect fraud or abuse.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are stated in euros and include VAT. Payments are made via secure payment methods, as indicated at checkout.

5. Shipping Policy

Please see our Shipping Policy for detailed information on delivery times and shipping costs.
Delivery within Belgium and the Netherlands: 2–3 working days.
Delivery to France, Germany and Luxembourg: 3–5 working days.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

7. Warranty

Our products are made and checked with care. Chairs have a 1-year warranty on construction errors. Wear and tear of fabric is not covered by the warranty. See our warranty statement.

8. Liability

Colenis is not liable for indirect damage, such as consequential damage or loss of profit, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website – including photos, texts and logos – is the property of Colenis or its partners and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Applicable Law

These general terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Antwerp.
