Deliveries

We do our utmost to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We strive to ship the same day orders placed on working days and ordered before 4:00 PM. However, this does not always work, sometimes the products are not in stock, which means that the delivery of the order takes a little longer. There is an indication of the delivery time on the product page. If we do not meet this delivery time for any reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the items in your shopping cart before discounts and costs are applied to them.

We also offer deliveries to countries that are not on the list, for this you must contact us so that we can prepare a customized quote.

Deliveries in Belgium are done by Bpost. For countries such as the Netherlands, France and Germany we work together with DHL, GLS, DPD or PostNL. In general, delivery takes place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this because it depends on the current circumstances. 

Reflection time / return

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately € 10 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@colenis.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged for return.

Exchange product?

Do you want to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contact info@colenis.com for this. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product yourself. "

Accidentally passed on a wrong delivery address? Then contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the order for you.
