When you have received a defective item, you can report this to our customer service within 48 hours. In consultation with you, it will then be decided whether the item will be replaced or repaired. This depends entirely on the situation and the type of defect. We strive to remedy the defect that has arisen as soon as possible. In any case, you have the right to return any purchase that you have made online at COLENIS within 14 days without giving a reason to COLENIS. You will receive your money from the returned item in your account according to the set refund terms.

We strive to realize all our repairs within 4 weeks at the latest. All repairs are handled by a recognized company or the manufacturer itself.

+ I have a complaint, what should I do now?

It is of course possible that you are not satisfied with the services of COLENIS or that you are not satisfied with a product supplied by COLENIS. If this is the case, we would like to hear your comment so that we can use your findings to further improve our overall service. We prefer to receive your complaint by e-mail, but a written report by post is also possible. You will receive a written response within 5 working days of receiving your report in which we offer a solution to your complaint.
